At times I felt like there were 3 or 4 departments all wanting similar or same info. Info that I had already sent to one and had to send the same things to the others. It would be nice if a system existed where they could share as opposed to making the customer send it several times.

Multiple inconsistencies and clerical errors during interpretation and development of closing disclosures which I had to remind and correct in draft after subsequent draft. Attention to detail could have been better during the underwriting process, as well as communication of closing date and more transparency with issues of finding an appraiser.
