The process was well communicated except for when I was being asked to provide additional documentation. I have to provide to multiple people. I was happy that the team was able to overcome my deferment issue.

I was put off by the lack and delay of communication. Not going through this process for the last 20 years, it would have been helpful if information and updates were provided without my having to constantly reach out for them especially when we were in crunch time with the closing date.

Bob was absolutely excellent in his craft. The rest of the process during the va loan was horrendous. We needed better instructions for the loan. We needed more communication and understanding of the circumstances that my wife and I were in. Honestly if it wast for the constant reassurance of Bob I was going to quit. I'm a soldier and I needed communication and that wasn't given by Ann at all.

At times I felt like there were 3 or 4 departments all wanting similar or same info. Info that I had already sent to one and had to send the same things to the others. It would be nice if a system existed where they could share as opposed to making the customer send it several times.
