Had to sign paper work stating I had to pay 40k at closing when it was actually 17k. No need for that. Was told that my 10k for Cash2Keys would not be included in the closing cost and would be given as a check afterwards. This had me spiraling thinking that I had to ask family for 10k because it wasn’t going to be included. Steve Gross was the only one that knew things and was able to tell me correct information.

Theoni was who we dealt with and she was very good at communicating and getting things done. The appraisal was not reviewed in a timely manner and there were conditions that were not communicated to appraiser in a timely manner. None of these issues were on Theoni but they led to the closing being rushed and more difficult than was necessary.

Words cannot describe how amazing this experience was. The communication I recieved between Aaron and Veronica was simply outstanding. You can tell these two care about the customer and the company they work for. They represented AnnieMac well and I only wish I could have given 10 stars. From start to finish I always felt heard and taken care of. The loan closed so quickly and effortlessly and it was all due to their amazing skills and knowledge. You guys have some incredible employees and I am thankful I was helped by both. AnnieMac you guys have no idea how much this loan will mean to me and my family. We will be sure to use you guys again or refer anyone and everyone your way when it's needed.
