The time period was excessively long. We had three different scheduled closing dates. The support person did not seem to have a good handle on our file and believe this compounded the time lapse.

Andrew was very patient with me getting all of my paperwork completed; answering all of my questions. Monica was super and the woman who did my closing (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) was very helpful and understanding to have the closing outside of my home.

Given the current Covid state of things, the conventional approach and hours to business are out the window. However, Aaron was able to accommodate things as if it might have always been that way. Odd hours, off hours, whatever the hour, or however ridiculous the question, Aaron handled it immediately and without condescension. Couple that with the amount of business being done at this time due to rate drops, and you'd be lucky to get help inside of days with others.
